One of the first meals we had while we were in Tokyo, and we were not disappointed. The place is located in the basement of a Ginza mall, so it is not the easiest to find. Luckily there are many seats inside, three separate bar areas all with seats around them, so we were able to get a spot right away. We ordered the traditional Beef Shabu-shabu, with the normal vegetables to go with it. The meat quality was okay, nothing great, some pieces that were just all fat, but on the whole it was okay. The vegetables were great, and we ordered noodles to finish off our hot pot broth. The meal also came with a dessert, a single scoop of ice cream over sweetened beans, a great way to end the meal. Overall, the meal was good and the atmosphere was great. Worth the stop by if you are in the area and need a quick and moderately cheap bite to eat.

Delicious shabu shabu in Ginza. Interesting to see the beef cutting in the middle and have all the personal pots on the counter

Questions & Answers

In the side of the mall building, showing a Nissan car (the corner of the main intersection)

I think that only the counter had about 50 seats.
